Bill of Lading (including e-B/L) is an imperative document in the maritime industry with its procedures widely recognised and used in the maritime world.

When?
MPA’s Maritime Cluster Fund (MCF) of 50% Grant is available for Singaporeans and SPRs who will only need to pay S$300/- after MCF grant, which is very affordable in today’s context. Foreigners will pay full fees of SGD600/- (no grant but still very affordable as well for such unique and specially curated short course).
Note: As part of the MPA grant requirements, all trainees must turn on video cameras throughout the session and to attend the online lessons via a reliable laptop with stable internet connection; working video camera and microphones. More information on technical requirements will be advised to applicants upon course confirmation.
All participants are to take attendance via Singpass and must pass an assessment to qualify for the MCF grant. Upon successful course completion and participants will be issued with a tamper proof digitalised Certificate of Attendnace by the Institute of Maritime & Business Management.
